tesa at the Labelexpo Europe
tesa will be showcasing tesa® UV-Strips
From September 26th -29th, tesa will once again be exhibiting at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels. Labelexpo is the world’s largest event for the label industry and this year, over 500 exhibitors and over 23,000 visitors are expected to attend, all eager to see the latest products and innovations that the industry has to offer. Last year’s event was widely hailed as the most successful Labelexpo ever and this year organisers expect it to be even better.

tesa® UV Strips: flexible handling combined with precise data
This year, tesa will be showcasing tesa® UV-Strips, a groundbreaking new solution for the measurement and control of UV radiation when using UV varnishes and coatings. This is a growing market, with users as diverse as the printing, automotive and medical industries. In Europe and North America, the use of UV coatings is growing by 5% annually.
Previously, measurement of the UV dose required the use of costly measurement cells or unreliable self-adhesive measurement strips. However, tesa® UV-Strips offer the flexibility of a thin self-adhesive strip combined with the accuracy of measurement cells. Additionally, all data can be digitally recorded for effective monitoring and quality control. The highly precise readings also allow quick identification of errors in the production process, thus reducing waste and maximising the benefits of UV technology.
As well as this, tesa will also be displaying its range of optimal solutions for label printing. The tesa® Softprint Toolbox 380µm offers a range of platemounting tapes, each tailored to specific, application-driven demands. Also offered are many further solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and security, including roller wrapping tapes, splicing tapes and cleaning devices.
The tesa stand at Labelexpo Europe 2007 can be found in Hall 6, stand 6F100.
